How to Use The Color Effects Platinum Kit
Step 1: Prepare formula and hair
Put on gloves before preparing the formula. Part your hair into four sections.

Step 2: Apply formula in sections
Apply formula in sections leaving one inch of hair from the scalp. After 20-30 minutes, apply formula to the roots.
Step 3: Rinse, Shampoo & Conditioner
Once your hair has reached the desired lightness, thoroughly rinse your hair. Use the shampoo and conditioner.
